Anyway, normal students have a day off cause of [National Day] while normal working ppl just have to work as usual... For whatever organisation tt I'm working for, I've to content myself with a get-together today... @ [Marina Square], no less...
We started by watching [Money No Enough 2], which is bad for me as I've watched it exactly 8 days ago... Even worse was tt this movie falls into my view of 'Movies tt you should watch only once in the cinema' or 'Just wait for the DVD'... So, yeah... Imagine the not so enjoyable 2 hrs I've to endure, knowing what's gonna happen next, when the laughs are gonna come, when the tear-jerking moments are...
The movie started @ abt 1055 hrs and logically, after the movie, it should be lunch 1st before the next strenous activity... Yet the higher authorities decided to proceed on with the bowling instead... *Roll eyes*
You have to understand, the bowling isn't all tt bad... Wait, it is bad... Due to the service tt [Superbowl] provides... The lady who's in-charge seems to be super unfriendly... A bitch if you ask me... How would I know tt I couldn't fit into a size 10 shoe??? I'm wearing size 10, so naturally, I would think tt the sizes are all standard, even when it comes to bowling shoes... Yupz, you should have the impression tt size 10 is way too big for me, so in the end, I've to settled for the 7 tt she recommended...
I don't mind being proved wrong, but it's her attitude... Imagine the following exchange...
Counter lady: 'Let him try size 7.'
Me: 'I think I need a 10 instead.'
Counter lady: 'I'll give you a 10, but don't come and change it later if it's too big.'
Sheesh!!! Where was I??? Oh, yes... I was saying tt the bowling is quite bad if you were to compound tt bad service with the lack of friends to share the fun of bowling...
Once we're done with 2 games of bowling, we've decided to move on to lunch @ [Sakae Sushi] (FINALLY!!!)... By then it's 1500+ hrs, which counts as a lunch/dinner for my case... Thank goodness I was with the other NSFs... If I were to be with those officers and regulars... Just kill me, please...
Oh what the heck... What I'm trying to say is tt such experience is best forgotten, which is why I didn't even bother to bring any cam to immortalise these time spent with ppl who are mere colleagues...
What [SH] said in his blog dated around last wk really mirrors what I've been feeling all these while... I strongly hoped tt [The Gang] will continue to stay united forever... The pics tt we all have will be the evidence and memories of all the fun time tt was shared by all... Gee... It's really nostalgic whenever I look back @ all those pics tt I've taken... It's as if I'm re-living those moments once again... LOL... I'm getting a little sentimental here...
On the other hand though, 'forever' is a very long time and tt's the ideal choice @ this particular moment in our lives... I think when it's really time to move on, we will move on... It's only because @ present, we couldn't fanthom such scenerio, which is why it seems so gloomy and all whenever I think abt it... Obviously, 1 thing is for sure though... When it comes to moving on with regards to a particular person, I've to force myself to do so... It is for the greater good of my freaky well being...
I'm coming to this conclusion tt I'm having some serious issues when it comes to making friends...
Okay, before I sign off, it's a relief tt I've managed to upload all the pics of [Jul]'s outing into [Photobucket], despite a couple of tries and failures previously... What I'm donig now is to show off my handiwork @ taking some [Matrix]-worthy shots... Observe!!!
The 2 failure attempts to capture the shot... I swear [SH] will throw a fit if I get it wrong on the 3rd time...
